Si Bouaziz-Ben-Ganah comes from a line of sheikhs el Arab , from the beylik of Constantine, since 1762. He was born in 1879 and died on June 17, 1945. It was Bachagha of the Zibans (region of oases at the gateway to the desert between the mountains of Zab and the Aurès whose main town is Biskra) in the time of French Algeria.

As sheikh el arab, his ancestors were among the main dignitaries and feudatories of the beys of Constantine. They were at the head of the Makhzen tribes, from the Dhouaouda confederation in particular. More on Ben Gana

Elizabeth Rebecca Coffin (1850–1930) was an American artist, educator and philanthropist who is known for her paintings of Nantucket, Massachusetts. Well-educated and accomplished, she was one of the "New Women" of the 19th century who explored opportunities not traditionally available to women. She was the first person in the United States to earn a Master of Fine Arts degree and was the first woman admitted to the Hague Academy of Fine Arts. She opened a school in Nantucket that had been only open to men and offered several types of trade and crafts work courses to both genders. More on Elizabeth Rebecca Coffin
